2007 Pinot Noir
Santa Lucia Highlands, Monterey County
We are proud to release our seventh vintage from the renowned Pinot Noir growing region of the Monterey Coast, the "Santa Lucia Highlands". This wine is produced in a traditional burgundian style, full of richness, earthiness & velvety textures. A truly elegant and versatile wine. This Pinot will pair beautifully with an array of gastronomy, such as salmon, quail and grilled lamb, or a tangy yet smooth cheese, such as Madriano di Zambla from Bergamo, Italy.
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir
Vineyard designation: Doctors Vineyard, Hahn Estates, Santa Lucia Highlands
Appellation: Santa Lucia Highlands, Monterey County
Barrel Aging: 16 Months Remond & Cadus French Oak Barrels

Winemaker Notes:
Immense aromas of fresh, ripe raspberry fruit with deep notes of cola, white pepper and thyme rush the senses. A lush mouth feel of candied cherry fruit floods the palate with a velvety Brulée texture. The 2007 Vintage is exceptionally balanced wine.
