If you received a mailing list sign up card from a Prospect, then enter it below.

This would mean - an outside pouring, a guest who did not purchase or purchased a tasting fee but completed a card. 

If they made a purchase, larger than a tasting fee (such as a bottle) and you did not capture their information during the sale, forward to Marissa. DO not enter it on this page.

Once entered, use the "Entered" stamp, inital and date. The completed cards are to be placed on Marissa's desk with a rubberband.
