2011 hope & grace Late Harvest Riesling
Napa Valley
Late harvest is a term applied to wines made from grapes left on the vine longer than usual. Late harvest grapes have been naturally dehydrated while on the vine and usually are an indication of a sweet dessert wine.
Winemaker notes: Aromas of fresh ripe pears, nectarines and citrus ... with a hint of sweet almonds and honeycomb ... A delicate sultry essence of sweet stone fruit and honey glide across the palate with deliciously long lingering finish. Enjoy chilled to taste the nuances of our lightly sweet, late harvest wine.
